Hello Lynch, the faq you read about zone events serialization concerned events running for a given zone (zone reload, dnssec signing, incoming transfer ...). Prior to Knot 1.5.0, these events were serialized ad-hoc, now the serialization is handled by the zone structure, and there is no possibility of two or more events that concern the same zone running concurrently. It's quite unclear to me what it is you're trying to achieve. Are you trying to modify Knot's code?
