It can be done by setting parameter to zero number of month:
fred=> select * from enum_parameters where id=12;
id | name | val
----+---------------------------------------+-----
12 | handle_registration_protection_period | 2
(1 row)
fred=> update enum_parameters set val=0 where id=12;
