[knot-dns-users] Knot DNS 1.3.2

Hi there, 1.4.0 is nearly finished, but it will take some time until it's stable, so we fixed some minor issues in the current stable version and released 1.3.2. Now you can specify the max UDP payload to be used with EDNS0 in the configuration. We also fixed bug causing the max payload to limit also some TCP responses. Besides that, we fixed build on SLE 10 and a problem with reloading, when files included in configuration file were not closed.
