1. Your problem description is very terse (no logs, no config snippets). Here is a basic
configuration

2. Reverse zones are configured the same way as normal zones. But it's not clear if
your previous deployment
already includes a reverse zone. If not, you have to create a zone file first. This

Then you have to ask your parent zone how to set up a delegation to your zone.
But if you already have a working reverse zone, it should work with Knot DNS too.
