seems to me it is resolving:
$ dig NS techy.pw +short
root1.sparrowhost.net.

i created a zone for techy.pw domain in FRED.
i have installed FRED in 65.108.218.30 this server.
and i have created two nameservers for the this ip -

i tried registering this web.techy.pw domain, it got succesful and i
then hosted this to a shared hosting server, which had nameservers of
ns1.sparrowhost.net and ns2.sparrowhost.net
but this web.techy.pw is not resolving. Where i am going wrong?
