Hello,
maybe you somehow accidentally called this command twice and second
command failed because first version allocated this port already. Check
output of ps axu | grep fred-webadmin. Or there can be some firewall or
collision with other application. You can change port
in /etc/fred/webadmin_cfg.py.

Dear all,
I have installed FEDORA 9 i.386,
I installed the fred-repo-1.0-1.noarch.rpm and then install FRED with
yum install fred-*.
I restarted HTTPD service, the fred-server and fred-webadmin-server.
All went successfully except the fred-webadmin-server, showing the
following:
#/etc/init.d/fred-webadmin-server start
