What variables of the [locked domain] change in the tables?? And what
values are set??.
Locked object only receive new state (flag). Either ServerTransferProhibited
or both ServerTransferProhibited and ServerUpdateProhibited. When this
state is set on object EPP commands trying to do update or tranfer will fail.
Requests for state changes is in database table object_state_request.
