I found this simplest in our system:
/usr/sbin/knotc zone-status | grep -v 'DS check: not scheduled' | \
sed 's/^\[\(..*\)\.\].*/\1/' | sort
That lists all domains where DS check is scheduled, so all domains
where CDS is published.
