[knot-dns-users] Knot DNS 3.3.6 release

Hello Knot DNS users, CZ.NIC has released Knot DNS 3.3.6! This is mostly a maintenance version with some improvements. Please note that Knot DNS 3.3 is the last major version officially supported on CentOS 7 (and similar), Debian 10, and Ubuntu 18.04. Version 3.4.0, which will be released in August, will not support them.
