Does the keyset FRED specification support the algorithm numbers 12, 13
and 14 (GOST R 34.10-2001, ECDSA Curve P-256 with SHA-256 and ECDSA
Curve P-256 with SHA-384)?

Hi Mario,
there is no check for valid algorithm in DNSKEY that you insert into
FRED in current version. There used to be such a check about six years
ago but we dropped it and now you can put there arbitrary number.
