install-info in advance and let meson handle the files.

I'm also concerned with the produced
"dir" file... Is there a way to
not create this file, or should I just delete it after install-info
step?
We don't need to create the file; in fact, I was confused about the
purpose of install-info and it isn't needed here at all.
