[Reg-zahr] Fwd: new schemes - deployment date February 15, 2022

Dear Sirs, due to the requests of several registrars to postpone the date of deployment of the new schemes, we decided to change the date. The schemes will be deployed on *February 15, 2022*, which we believe will allow everyone to find enough time to prepare the systems.
