[Reg-zahr] new version of schemas

Hello, please find attached a new version of the schemes, which will enter into force on July 12, 2011. Compared to the current version contains the schema following changes: update fred.xsd from 1.4 to 1.5 - added requestFeeInfo poll message datatype update fredcom.xsd from 1.1 to 1.2 - changed objIDType (contact, nsset, keyset handle type) minimal lenght to 1 valExDate element is optional in enumval extension update all.xsd from 2.2 to 2.3 About maintanance window on July 12, 2011 I will inform you as usuall, as well as about the deployment of schemes to the test instance.
