[Reg-zahr] announcement of shutdowns (August 31, 2022 and September 2022) and new communication schemes

Dear Sirs, in the course of the following weeks, there will be 2 shutdowns of the domain registration system. *The first will take place on August 31, 2022 between 22:01PM and 23:00PM*, during which the system will actually be unavailable for only a few seconds.The necessary work on the cluster infrastructure will take place (transition from ucarp to keepalived) *The second will take place on September 22, 2022 **between 00:01AM and 2:00AM*and at this time a new version of FRED will be deployed that supports Authinfo with TTL. *!Attention!****For the future error-free functionality of communication with DSDng, you need to change the schemes to version 2.4.3 in your systems by the date of the second shutdown.* You can do it now, the new schemes are backwards compatible. Schemas are available at https://www.nic.cz/files/fred/schemas-2.4.3.zip. You can also find it in the attachment.The Authinfo-enabled version of FRED with TTL runs on a public test instance. During the shutdown, there will not be available information associated with the registry in the Intranet - credit status, list of invoices and expired domains of registrars. Furthermore,the EPP system, web/unix WHOIS and RDAP; some web presentations; displaying a list of registrars; establishing requests for authinfo, blocking and unblocking; mojeID profile editor; interface for creating mojeID accounts and login into the domain browser will not work as well.
