[Reg-zahr] notification of short shutdown

Dear Sirs, today on December 12, 2017 at 08:00 PM to 08:30 PM (the timing will be in the zone CET - Central European Time) the domain management system shutdown will be carried out. The EPP connection will not work for a few seconds at that time. The reason for this shutdown is a deployment of a minor repair for displaying administratively blocked objects.
