[Reg-zahr] certificate replacement and EPP restart

Dear Sirs, due to the error detection in OpenSSL libraries (specifically the implementation of TLS Heartbeat) we will perform today, on April 9, 2014 at 11:00 PM an upgrade of openssl library and a certificate replacement. This action will be associated with EPP restart, so your connections will fail at that time. You can find a new certificate in the attachment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
