We recently had 60,000.00 CZK taken out of our deposit account to pay for our 2014 annual fee. Can you please send me an email notification the next time this annual fee is due ( also please include ccopsbilling@markmonitor.com)? Last year, this fee was taken out of our account in March not May. We also received an email (attached) notifying us so that the fee was going to be taken out. This allowed us to ensure that we had enough funds in our account. We now only have 4,481.53 CZK in our deposit account which is dangerously close to zero. I want to be sure that we don’t deplete our account and not be able to secure registrations.  

 

I am preparing a wire in the amount of 130,175.00 CZK to send tomorrow morning to refund our account. I hope we do not have too many registrations placed tonight. Would it be possible to extend to us a credit line until the wire is received? I will send an email with the confirmation from our bank as soon as I can tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

 

In the future, it would be very helpful to receive an email notifying us that our annual fee is about to be taken out of our deposit account. That way we can ensure that we do not run out of deposit account funds.
