As stated before (cf below in this thread), only one VM is affected. The two other with similar configs are fine above 6.0.11.

This is the problem.  Apparently this issue depends on some traffic patterns, but I have no idea what, and so far I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.  At least outside production environment, but I can't just experiment in production, right?
