First of all note that these are 4 NS records, but apparently all of them together they only have 2 IPv4 addresses.  So you really blocked 2/4 nameservers. 

Ah no, my bad.  There was a minor change in a different byte of the IPv4, so they really do have 4 distinct IPv4 addresses.  (from my point at least)
