Hi Everyone,
while we are busy with the new stuff for the 1.4.0, we decided to
backport a few important patches and release 1.3.1 as soon as
possible.
Feature wise, not much has changed - the ACLs are a little bit smarter
and look for the longest address prefix match, but otherwise it's a
patch only release.
Namely a bug that caused a few extra bytes in an answer with NSID was
fixed, also a potential interoperability issue with TSIG signature
over multiple packets in zone transfers and TSIG key secret being
wrongly parsed without quotes.
