We at the .mw registry are happy with FRED, so, if possible may be you could finalise writing
your EPP client system to accommodate FRED. You can also use the open testing
environment at https://www.nic.cz/page/744/registration-system/
You can then may be allow others to use or access your system.

This is similar to what we are encouraging our registrars in Malawi to do but they are finding
this tough going even after introducing them to fred-client
